THE NOTEWORTHY LIFE OF HOWARD BARNES

WHO ARE THE PLAYERS?
Music by Michael Kooman, Book & Lyrics by Christopher Dimond
Directed by Danny Hoskins | Music Direction by Amanda Meldrum-Stevenson | Choreography by Lani Toyama Hoskins

WHAT'S THE DEAL?
”Uproariously funny and surprisingly touching… Howard Barnes’ confused and frustrated reactions to the sudden infiltration of flamboyant chorus members and jazz hands are everything you’ve ever wanted from a character in a musical. Finally, someone acknowledges how bizarre it is to burst into song and dance by the water cooler!” — Buzz Center Stage

The Noteworthy Life of Howard Barnes is a show for people who love musical theatre and their spouses who hate it.” —Playbill

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?
Emotionally-repressed Howard lives a perfectly average existence, until the day he wakes up to discover that his life has become a musical. Desperate to escape, he teams up with aspiring actress Maggie, and the two embark on a fantastical quest. Equal parts satire and romantic comedy, The Noteworthy Life of Howard Barnes is a whimsical love letter about letting go of the past and learning to embrace the music.
