PART-TIME BARTENDERS NEEDED

OVERVIEW:
- Shifts are generally around 3 hours long (4 hours, max)—arrive one hour prior to curtain and leave after intermission or after pre-show in the case of one-act shows
- Flexible hours—nights and weekends only; no minimum shift requirement—you select the available shifts you want to work
- Restock concessions counter, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages
- Serve patrons during pre-show and intermission
- Check out patrons using Square reader or cashbox
- Count and reconcile cash drawer and complete closing paperwork
- Clean concessions area and lock up cash box prior to clocking out
- Keep BT leadership aware of low stock in supplies and concessions items
- All adult beverages are single-serve wine and beer and require no mixing or bartending knowledge
- This is a VERY part-time job—only 1-2 shifts per weekend; only 14-15 weekends per year; great choice for anyone looking for a little extra cash

COMPENSATION:
- BT Bartenders receive $15/hour + tips

REQUIRED: BT BARTENDERS CANNOT BE BT ARTISTS (if you bartend with us, you cannot audition for or work on Blackfriars productions); MUST BE 21+; positive attitude and professional demeanor; ability to stay calm under pressure; excellent communication skills; strong attention to detail; excellent problem solving skills
DESIRED: experience with bartending or other customer service positions; a love of theatre
